Shullsburg is a town in Lafayette County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 364 at the 2000 census. The City of Shullsburg is located within the town. The unincorporated community of Dunbarton is also located partially in the town. ==History== Shullsburg was established in 1827. It is the third oldest city in the state after Green Bay and Prairie du Chien.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Mining for Treasures in Our Past )〕 Shullsburg was named after Jesse Shull, a miner. His mine is now part of the Badger Mine and Museum, a tourist attraction in the city park.
